About BaseballWelcome to West Regent Baseball! Thanks for visiting this site. The varsity season has ended, but the Regents went out in style by winning game one and eliminating longtime westside rival Madison Memorial during the WIAA sectional playoff on June 9. Game two was an evenly-matched, hard-fought heart-breaking loss to sectional host Janesville Craig. **We would like to recoginize and thank the twleve seniors for their talent and leadership: Jake, Sam, Ben E, Connor, James, Max, Eric, Co-Captains Graham & Chet, Josh, Rob, Trevor. Best wishes for the years to come. **It is hard to imagine West Baseball without Coach Tim Goldsworthy. He is heading to the outfield...retiring after more than three decades of teaching and coaching at his alma mater. Thanks, Coach, for the memories and good strategies & efficient angles (combined baseball and geometry humor?). Always a Regent. See you at the ballpark or golf course. |
