About Girls' Golf
Madison West High School fields both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams in Girl's Golf that competes in the Big Eight conference. Open tryouts begin in early August (per WIAA rules) and the season runs from early August to early October. The team normally practices at Glenway and Odana Golf Courses and sometimes at Vitense. Home meets are normally played at Odana Golf Course or Blackhawk CC. Conference play is normally triangular meets held at various golf courses around the conference. West also competes in various invitational meets as well as the All-City meet and the Conference meet. See the Team News Page for 2009 Season highlights |
