About Girls' Basketball
Madison West High School fields Girls Basketball teams at the Varsity, Junior Varsity, Sophomore and Freshmen levels. All teams compete in the Big Eight conference. Tryouts begin in early November (per WIAA ruler) and the season runs from late November through mid March. Home games are played at Madison Wests Stevens Gym. Madison West has a long history in Girls Basketball. West has won 2 State Championships, in 1976 and 1982. Madison West has also won 8 Conference Championships, 19 Regional Championships and 6 Sectional Championships. Be a part of this tradition. Go Regents!
